Did not disappoint!

The opening act was just ok...the warm-up DJ was great! M5 was so good! The band sounded great Adam Levine vocals were on point. The venue was fantastic! It was so amazing to get back to live shows after the year of nothing! I thought M5 was amazing and would put this in one of my favorite live acts. Thank you to the band, venue, and Ticketmaster for Covid consideration with the reminders and adherence to guidelines...it made the experience even better! I appreciate live music so much but even more when you get a killer show with fans safety and well-being in mind!

Shoreline Concert Venue

1. Two years (2019), we attended a Rod Stewart concert and once we arrived at the venue, it took over hour to get to the parking area. We missed some of the opening act. I told myself I would never come to the Shoreline again. I figured two years later, Shoreline would fix the parking issues but for the Maroon 5 concert, it was even worse. We missed the entire opening act and Adam Levine starting playing at around 9:00pm instead of 8pm so that everyone parking could get into the stadium. 2. In addition, we brought our chairs (your website said as long as they are not more than 9" off the ground, they are okay.) We were told to return them to the car because of the "no chair policy" (and wasted additionla time), however, when we got to the stadium, Shoreline was hapilly renting chairs so it appears Shoreline had a "money making policy" rather than a "no chair policy". 3. Your website did not say purses were not allowed. It said to bring food/snacks/water plastic bottles in a see through gallon size bag...which we did. I had to go back to the car to return my handbag which had my diabetes pills and other vital stuff that I needed. Any Covid guidelines should have been clearly shown on your website. 4. I also noticed that Shoreline was selling lawn seating up to the beginning of the concert. Yet, when we arrived, there was no lawn seating space and watched the concert standing up. During COVID, Shoreline should have monitored the # of tickets sold for the lawn but it appears all they wanted was revenue at the expense of our health. I have never (prior to COVID) seen so many people on the lawn shoulder to shoulder. I have pictures of the crowd if you wish me to send. This is what's shown on the website: Parking: Shoreline Amphitheater offers free general parking with your ticket purchase for most concerts and events. VIP parking, located close to the entrance, can be purchased for cars, buses and limos, for between $6 and 40. The parking space will be reserved throughout the show. Food: Tailgate picnics are not allowed, but you can take in snack or picnic food (one clear, plastic gallon-size bag per person) and a gallon of factory-sealed bottled water (one per person) are allowed, but alcohol and any cans or bottles are not allowed. To save money, skip the alcohol Chairs: You can bring low backed-beach chairs to use on the lawn, as long as the seat is no more than 9 inches off the ground. You can also rent them on site. For most shows, blankets are allowed. ... For some shows, there's a Family Zone on the lawn, where no smoking or alcohol is allowed. Adam Levine/Marroon 5 were fabulous. I am giving the Shoreline a one star for the facility, parking and not following COVID protocols.
